PCMT marketing system helping all EMAC team members to understand what customers needed, we believe it’s very important for everyone in EMAC to understand our customer, from engineers to salesman, from online marketing team to video marketing team. It’s impossible to delivery satisfy to customer without understanding what customers want.

CASL service standard gives clearly instructions of standard for all of our services, easily accessed complete documents, accurate and visualization introductions, professional and systematic documents support, life-time cycle covered services. CASL standard drives both engineering and marketing team to a higher services standard, which also will be unique and very helpful for all of our customers.


BSIE management system is the foundation of good team performance, clearly working tasks, clearly instructions of every issue, efficient and fairly incentive system, only these factors working together as a unit can build up an efficient team.

TSIF quality control system starting from the beginning of the order, to the end of servicing life time of our products, we care and continuously tracing the using experience of our products, ready to help with any technical support or trouble shooting demand. Our services not ended at delivery of goods, but endless with every single customer.


123R after-sales service system is ready to give response for any possible quality issue, no one can give quick services if they are not getting ready for after-sales services. Our after-sales services standard is helping all of customers solved their problems under EMAC’s costs, while some of companies might will try to pass the buck to customer or even try to make profit from after-sales services.
What’s more important, EMAC knows everyone will be unhappy if their products have defective, so based on the condition that solve the problems perfectly, we also reward all of customers that had quality issues with our products, as the pay back of our apologize.

How to identify if a Chinese company well organized or not? The answer is the management system, the rapidly development of economic crated millions of companies in China.
No matter the education system in universities or the accumulation in companies, the sense of management is relevantly weak, the only fact is that China needs more time to accumulate the general level of management.
In the past miraculous economic growing, all companies don’t need any management, the market is so big, and the demand seems endless, so most of companies don’t need to worry about management too much, simply because the market growing is too fast.
Even till nowadays, lot of companies don’t have any basis of management system, even have lot of companies believe that management system is useless.
Think about it, how can you know what’s the scopes of supply of their products if suppliers don’t even sign a technical agreement with you? How can your supplier guarantee the quality of products and conditions of goods if they even don’t check goods before shipping? What you can do if your supplier doesn’t have any proper after-sales service standard process?
